Abraham Lincoln said “Resolve to be honest at all events; and if, in your own judgment, you cannot be an honest lawyer, resolve to be honest without being a lawyer.” Clients are entitled to honesty, competency, responsiveness, patience, kindness, fair dealing, and fair exchange from their lawyers. A surprisingly large percentage of lawyers conduct their practices accordingly. Arthur Levy is one of them.
