The YesQuire Philosophy
YesQuire is a legal practice philosophy Mr. Levy applies to all his clients and their cases. Developed over the course of his legal career, and based on his experiences advocating on behalf of consumers facing injustices, the YesQuire philosophy views legal services as an act of creation, not a commodity, and places the needs of the client above the pursuit of simply billable hours.
The YesQuire philosophy is embodied in the beliefs that:
-
Clients are entitled to honesty, competency, responsiveness, patience, kindness, fair dealing and fair exchange from their lawyers.
-
The most effective legal representation is solution-oriented, not problem-oriented, and inquires how the positive elements of the client's case can most strategically be marshaled to achieve the best outcome for the client.
-
The blending of traditional legal skills and processes along with a lawyer's engaged curiosity and creativity makes for the most effective legal representation
"Resolve to be honest at all events; and if, in your own judgment, you cannot be an honest lawyer, resolve to be honest without being a lawyer."
—Abraham Lincoln
